We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a well-established 5-star housebuilder based in Warrington. This role involves carrying out remedial works on recently completed homes, ensuring properties meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial works in both occupied and unoccupied properties, aiming to complete repairs on the first visit.
- Undertake minor defect repairs such as patch plastering, painting, and basic joinery (e.g. hanging doors).
- Complete all work to a high standard in line with NHBC/LABC guidelines.
- Review defect lists and source required materials ahead of scheduled appointments.
- Meet with customers to assess reported defects, document findings (including photographs), and report back to the Customer Service team.
- Attend NHBC resolutions meetings where required.
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively.

- Proven experience within the construction or housebuilding industry.
- Must be from a trade background.
