On behalf of a Warrington Based 5* Builder, I am looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to join their Customer Care Team. The Customer Care Coordinator will communicate with customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide you with information about any problems that they may have. The team of 4 Coordinators who currently get rewarded with market leading commission for providing outstanding customer service to their customers The role will include: Providing an effective support function to homeowners Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails relating to Customer Care. Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, seeking direction where required.
