Quantity Surveyor

I am working with a well-respected family-owned housebuilder that are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join Commercial Team in Preston As the QS, you would be responsible for commercial function on 3 developments, and you will be mentoring 2 AQSs. You would directly report to the Commercial Manager. Ideally, they are looking for someone that wants to develop into a Senior QS in the next 12/18Months.
