We are currently working with a privately owned luxury housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to finish off a development of bespoke 4 & 5 Bed Detached Units, before moving onto a new site of 60 contemporary homes As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety, overseeing the sub-contractors, and coordinating labour and trades whilst working alongside the Site Manager and continuously maintaining a hands-on presence throughout.
