Associate Development Director / Senior Development Manager

Our national industrial and logistics (I&L) team is looking for a motivated individual to support the delivery of large-scale projects across the North of England. With a multi-million sq ft logistics pipeline – from active developments to strategic land partnerships – you’ll gain an excellent level of exposure to every stage of the development cycle.

This role focuses on I&L projects, working with the wider team to deliver schemes from our existing pipeline while also supporting the sourcing, appraising, and delivery of new development opportunities. As a key member of our national I&L team, you’ll take ownership of a variety of responsibilities – covering market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, site acquisition and managing progress through to practical completion.

Responsibilities

• Work on I&L projects, delivering schemes from the existing pipeline and supporting new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and project appraisal.
• Perform financial analysis and support site acquisition.
• Manage progress through to practical completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in development management, real estate, or infrastructure debt, with a focus on industrial & logistics sectors.
• Ability to assess market conditions, appraisal of development opportunities, and financial analysis.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: North – Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, England, United Kingdom (On-Site).
