The Role of the Director of Sales & Marketing
Support the Group Director of Revenue with the creation and implementation of the revenue strategy for a portfolio of properties.
Lead, manage, coach and motivate a Revenue Manager.
Drive average rate and occupancy for the hotels.
Create and implement strategies to optimise revenues.
Work closely with the revenue, sales and the reservations teams.
Produce hotel commercial and performance reports as required.
