We're partnering with an iconic, branded luxury hotel in Central London to appoint a Head Concierge who will oversee a close-knit, motivated team (including a Head Doorman, Head Luggage Porter and Senior Concierge), reporting directly to the Front Office Manager.
They're looking for someone who can inspire, develop and lead them to the next level, with a confident grip on LQA/Forbes standards and the ability to drive consistency across guest experience. Please only apply if you have the above experience!
