The Director of Sales will lead and manage the proactive sales team, creating and implementing a successful sales strategy for the hotel opening and beyond.

About the role
  • Create and implement the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Drive sales across all market segments into the hotel.
  • Promote and market the destination restaurants and bar.
  • Lead and develop the sales team.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and agents.
  • Work closely with the GM and brand sales teams.
  • Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
  • Produce sales activity reports as required.
