This is a rare opportunity for a Director of Front of House to take ownership of the guest experience at one of London's most distinguished luxury hotels leading a close-knit, already-developed team of 20 across Front Office and Concierge and setting the tone from the moment guests walk through the door. You'll step into a department that's in good shape a collaborative, capable team who now need a galvanising figure to elevate standards and bring senior direction to the floor. The right person will be genuinely guest-centric as comfortable behind a briefing as they are on the floor during a busy check-in. You'll come from a luxury London property of comparable scale (200+ rooms), with a working knowledge of what it means to compete with the very best, performing to LQA standards. Experience from a large luxury hotel environment is required.
