We are looking for a Commercial Director to join a stunning, multi award winning golf & spa resort at the gateway to The Highlands of Scotland. This will be a strategic role where you will have complete commercial oversight for the success and growth of this business, with Sales, Marketing and Revenue all reporting into you. You will need to be a commercially minded guru who is confident in being able to bring maximum impact to the role quickly. They are looking for the successful candidate to be resourceful, determined and tenacious with the ability to influence at all levels. Resort commercial experience is preferable, as is experience of increasing groups segment revenue.

- Increasing the profile of the resort among local and international bookers of groups and events business, bedrooms and all other revenue streams.
- Ability to galvanise, mentor and lead a team.
