Job Description

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to join this smart and stylish dual-branded hotel in East London, part of a highly sought-after international hotel group.

This will be a hands-on, proactive business development role where you will be responsible for managing existing corporate, MICE and sport and entertainment accounts while also hunting for new business.

East London market experience would be beneficial, and you will need to be determined and tenacious with excellent stakeholder management skills.

The role of the Cluster Sales Manager

  • The Cluster Sales Manager will drive sales from key domestic and international markets into the hotel.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and agents.
  • Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
  • The Cluster Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager and brand sales team.
  • Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
  • Produce sales activity reports as required.
