Role Overview: As part of our award-winning Live Events team, you will manage and grow client accounts while overseeing event delivery from the planning stages through to on-site execution. You will also mentor junior team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for spotting new opportunities and driving business growth, as well as being involved in pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities to provide additional value and services.
- Coordinate all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site supervision, to ensure seamless and successful execution.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget requirements while consistently exceeding client expectations through attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Identify new business prospects, trends, and innovations, and propose solutions that contribute to the team's and company's expansion.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and present compelling pitches and proposals, showcasing the team's capabilities and securing new business.
