As a community based charity specialising in bereavement and emotional wellbeing, we are looking to expand our Counsellor Bank. We welcome applications from Adult, Children and Young People and Couples counsellors who are ready to take the next step on their professional journey.
This is an opportunity for counsellors to undertake client work on a flexible, as needed basis working remotely online or in person in our centres at Ardleigh Green Hornchurch and Brentwood. This role offers the opportunity to work around your existing commitments while becoming part of a supportive, clinically focused organisation committed to excellent standards of care.
We would love to hear from counsellors who:
- Are registered members of the BACP, UKCP, PTUK or BAPT
- Have successfully completed a Level 4 (or above) recognised counselling qualification within the last two years
- Come from a recognised registered therapeutic modality and are able to work within their competence and ethical framework
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
What we offer:
- Opportunities to work with clients as they become available (short term focused and open ended sessions)
- To become a member of an experienced and respected clinical team
- Ongoing professional development with hours towards BACP Accreditation requirements
