Head of Community Experience

Our client is a rapidly growing FinTech business in the wealth management space which was founded in 2017 by 3 successful entrepreneurs and business builders with complementary experiences and skill sets. Together, they are redefining how individual and families connect with their money. The business is backed and supported by a group of leading European investors. They are now looking to hire the newly scoped role of Head of Community Experience.

The Role is Responsible for the following :

  • Developing strategic programmes to nurture relationship building
  • Collaborate with other internal functions to develop the community programme
  • Identify opportunities to foster advocacy and loyalty within the community
  • Turn the community into active advocates to drive introductions
  • Explore and drive partnerships with other relevant brands

The Candidate :

  • 10+ years of experience in this type of role
  • Demonstrable experience developing hybrid digital and offline community strategies for exclusive audiences
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a profound passion for people, knowledge and social-media
  • Knack for sparking engaging conversations with diverse communities from diverse backgrounds
  • Understanding of analytics and how to measure community engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally with the ability to work across multiple teams as well as initiate and participate with the community
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail across multiple moving parts
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
