Our client is a rapidly growing FinTech business in the wealth management space which was founded in 2017 by 3 successful entrepreneurs and business builders with complementary experiences and skill sets. Together, they are redefining how individual and families connect with their money. The business is backed and supported by a group of leading European investors. They are now looking to hire the newly scoped role of Head of Brand & Marketing.
The Role
Responsible for the following:
- Leadership and delivery of integrated, multi-channel brand & marketing strategy
- Digital marketing
- Content Creation
- PR & Influencers
- Community Engagement
- Business Development
- Performance
- External agency and resource management
- Budget management
The Candidate
The profile of relevant candidates will include the following:
- 15yrs + in senior marketing management role (ideally targeting HNW/UHNW individuals). At least 5 of these year must be in a leadership capacity
- Experience across a broad range of marketing channels including digital, advertising, social media, events and building member get member communities.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing highly targeted marketing strategies that effectively engage and resonate with a luxury audience, driving member introductions and community growth
- Strong skills in brand development, positioning, messaging, balancing exlusivitiy with purpose-driven messaging and community building.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage people and projects across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
