Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Growth Officer to lead the next phase of international growth for a global professional services organisation operating across research, advisory, consulting, and data-led solutions. This executive leadership role will focus on accelerating revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, improving sales and bid performance, and driving strategic go-to-market initiatives across international markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership teams to optimise business development performance, enhance client engagement, and support innovation in client offerings and commercial strategy. A significant proportion of the organisation’s work supports government departments, public sector bodies, regulators, international institutions, and policy-driven organisations. As such, the role requires a strong understanding of public sector procurement, complex stakeholder environments, and the delivery of services within highly regulated and politically sensitive contexts.

Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic business development initiatives across multiple international markets.
- Drive improvements in pipeline management, bid quality, conversion rates, pricing strategy, and sales effectiveness.
- Lead and support major public sector bids, tenders, frameworks, and procurement opportunities, including high-value and multi-country pursuits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across government departments, regulators, public bodies, and institutional clients.
- Identify cross-selling and whitespace opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
- Develop scalable best practices and knowledge-sharing processes to improve commercial performance globally.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships and support high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
