Receptionist and Social Media Assistant - Immediate Start

At Hey Baby 4D Hull, we are a leading private ultrasound clinic known for delivering exceptional patient care in a calm, friendly, and professional environment.

We're currently seeking a creative and organised individual to join our growing team in a dual role combining front of house reception duties and clinic chaperoning with social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Care

  • Welcome clients and provide a warm, reassuring first impression.
  • Manage appointment bookings, inquiries, and confirmations via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and update patient records accurately.
  • Chaperone clients during their scan.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and inviting at all times.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
  • Capture in clinic content (with consent), including baby scan moments, testimonials, and staff highlights.
  • Stay updated on trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
  • Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally.

About You

  • Friendly, warm and compassionate, and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident using social media and comfortable creating content that aligns with our clinic's tone and values.
  • Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical reception, or social media management is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Canva, basic video editing apps, or similar tools is a plus.
