Hey Baby 4D Hull is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based in the quiet village of Melton. As a small, family run business we are looking for someone who has a warm and well-natured personality to complement the Hey Baby family.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our busy team on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible. We are looking for somebody who is confident in a sales environment, comfortable using basic IT systems, meticulous with record keeping and has a positive, driven and ambitious attitude towards their professional responsibilities.
Your key responsibilities:
- Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
- Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
- Taking payments
- Acting as a Chaperone during scans where required
- Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
- Assisting with social media management
- Exceeding KPI’s and contributing to the growth of the business
- Liaising with the NHS and ensuring a smooth referral process
Qualifications and Skills:
In order to be considered for this position, you must have a background in either reception or administration work and be able to deliver exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient-orientated approach. Applicant MUST be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business. This role includes evening and weekend work and applicant must be able to cover a range of these clinics. Experience of handling sensitive information and working within the constraints of Data Protection are also essential. Due to the nature of this role, a full DBS check will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. Applicants must be aged 18 or over to meet the legal requirements for chaperone services.
