About the Company
HB Tunnelling Ltd is looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our team in the Doncaster area and provide additional support during a busy period.
About the Role
This is a hands-on administrative role supporting our operations, commercial and management teams across a range of day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- General office administration and document management
- Updating spreadsheets, trackers and internal records
- Processing and organising timesheets, delivery notes and other site paperwork
- Scanning, filing and maintaining project documentation
- Assisting with plant, vehicle and personnel records
- Supporting invoice and purchase order administration
- Liaising with our site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
- General support to the wider office team as required
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Required Skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in construction or engineering would be useful but isn't essential
