We are looking for a Sales Manager to join HubHub London, where we operate coworkspaces that bring together a vibrant community of innovators, entrepreneurs, and businesses. In this role, you will lead the commercial success of our locations while delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience—from first contact through the full member journey. You’ll combine a strong focus on sales performance with a genuine care for people, helping us continuously improve our workplace services in line with our people‑centric approach. This role is a fixed term position.
What might appear on your to-do list?
- Managing prospective client membership agreements and renewal discussions in partnership with agents, brokers and direct clients to drive office occupancy and desk rates.
- Leading an external leasing team to support office sales: coordinating viewings, enquiries, negotiation.
- Conducting on‑site viewings and being the host at broker/agent sales events to drive presence and awareness of HubHub.
- Managing daily sales operations across two HubHub London locations, ensuring a smooth sales experience for clients, brokers and landlord agency team reflecting our personal, customer service approach.
- Knowledge of competition and relationship building with brokers to inform sales strategy, customer targeting and member negotiation.
- Collaboration with workspace operations and member experience team to ensure positive member experience and high retention rates.
- Attending regular internal team meetings and providing sales and member feedback based on weekly interest, membership and contract updates.
- Internal reporting on sales progress versus business plan targets.
- Managing and communicating availability via relevant broker platform sites.

- Proven experience in a sales or business development related role stemming from coworking, hospitality, serviced offices, or other related sector.
- Customer and relationship-oriented working experience with diverse member companies is essential.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, sales and forecasting management and internal reporting.
- Experience with CRM and sales-related external broker platforms and reporting dashboards (PowerBi, Valve, TallyWorkspace & others) are beneficial.
- Proactive, energetic personality with hands‑on approach that thrives in a direct to customer‑facing environment.
- User experience with AI platforms for sales budgeting/forecasting inputs is appreciated.
