Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operations and continuous improvement? Were looking for a Site Manager to join our team and drive excellence across production, health & safety, quality, and maintenance. As Site Manager, you’ll ensure compliance with key industry standards, manage production efficiency, coordinate maintenance, and lead a dedicated team to achieve top performance. Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Ensure the site meets ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Operations: Oversee production schedules, plant maintenance, and contractor activities to keep the site running smoothly. Leadership: Lead staff training, performance appraisals, and support team development. Problem Solving: Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. Reporting: Monitor KPIs, address quality issues, and ensure site safety. Qualifications & Skills: NEBOSH Certified & WAMITAB Level 4 (Medium Risk Waste) Certified. First Aid Trained. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong experience with HR processes, PPMs, and engineering maintenance. Expertise in budget control, overheads, and CAPEX management.
