My client is looking for a Junior Account Manager to work within the commercial team of a consultancy retail business in Wigan, with a salary of £30-35k. The role is on site, Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5pm (one day at home during the week).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial team with day-to-day administrative and account management tasks.
- Take ownership of internal meetings—setting agendas, driving actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to manage and develop specific customer accounts.
- Prepare, analyse, and present sales data and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is up to date.
- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
