We're supporting a unique Liverpool-based organisation in the creative and cultural sector to find an organised, proactive and people-focused Executive Assistant to support the CEO and wider senior team. Based in an inspiring city centre environment, this is the kind of role where no two days are the same. One minute you'll be coordinating diaries and meetings, the next you could be helping keep projects, events and communications running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll sit alongside a supportive team of professional support functions in a collaborative and creative workplace where culture, community and people genuinely matter.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-level EA support to the CEO
- Managing diaries, meetings and correspondence
- Coordinating travel and schedules
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Supporting with internal coordination and administration
- Helping keep priorities organised in a busy environment
- Acting as a professional and approachable point of contact
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous Executive Assistant, PA or senior administration experience
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally
