I'm currently recruiting an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join a growing, well-established business supporting a varied client base spanning SMEs and larger businesses.
The role will involve:
- Advising clients on a broad range of HR and Employment Law matters
- Supporting formal processes, including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy cases
- Developing HR policies and best practice solutions
- Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
- Supporting organisational change and wider HR projects
- Using HR systems, including Work Smarter, People HR, Bright HR
- Networking and developing new business opportunities
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong generalist HR and ER experience
- Be commercially minded and confident working with business owners
- Enjoy relationship building and networking
- Be confident managing multiple priorities and clients
- Ideally have consultancy experience, although this isn't essential
- Be able to drive
