We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estates Manager to join a growing multi-site education organisation. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing estates, facilities and compliance operations across multiple school sites. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of safe, compliant and well-maintained learning environments while driving operational consistency and continuous improvement across the estate portfolio.
The role:
- Lead the operational delivery of estates and facilities services across multiple school sites
- Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, maintained and fit for purpose
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance programmes
- Manage statutory compliance in line with current legislation and DfE guidance
- Support capital projects, funding applications and long-term estate planning initiatives
- Provide regular reporting on estates performance, compliance and operational risks
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior estates or facilities management role within a complex or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of estates strategy, statutory compliance and building maintenance
- Background within education, healthcare, public sector or similar sectors
