HB Partners is working exclusively with a Multi Academy Trust that has sites in North Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, to recruit a Senior HR Adviser to work across two sites in Hampshire. Only candidates with school-based HR experience will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate HR operations across two sites ensuring compliant and high-quality HR practices.
- Day-to-day leadership of two school-based HR Officers.
- Recruitment, onboarding, ER and compliance.
- Strategic project work with the HR Director.
Qualifications:
- Be CIPD Qualified to Level 5.
- Have experience of working in HR in a school setting.
- Be willing to work on site during the school term and WFH during school holidays.
- Have the confidence to oversee HR across two sites.
- Be an excellent communicator—written and oral.
