My client is one of the UK’s most successful Multi Academy Trusts who are determined to ensure that every child receives the highest standard of education possible every single day. They are currently seeking a regional HR Business Partner to join their high performing HR team, working with school principals, senior leaders and other colleagues across the region of Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategically thinking, experienced HR professional from the education sector.
Main details for this role are:
- Leading an HR team across a group of schools in Essex
- Advising senior leaders on complex HR matters
- Oversight of regional recruitment, pre-employment checks, and maintaining the single central record
- Design and deliver HR training, as well as policy review and HR strategy input
- TUPE and trade union negotiation
The ideal candidate for this role:
- is fully CIPD qualified or has significant equivalent HR experience gained in the education sector
- has proven HR advisory experience
- can confidently manage disciplinary, grievance and redundancy advice and hearings
- is comfortable managing complex HR issues
- possesses significant HR employment law knowledge
- has previously provided HR support in a multi-site environment
