My client is a highly successful multi-academy trust who is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager to oversee the HR function within a busy secondary school. This is a standalone role covering the full HR function from recruitment, contracts and safer recruitment compliance to absence management, payroll, employee relations and staff training oversight. You'll be a trusted partner to line managers and senior leaders, keeping everything running smoothly and in line with employment legislation and best practice.
What we're looking for:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 or extensive relevant experience
- Solid HR generalist experience with strong employment law knowledge
- Payroll management experience and PAYE knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail, discretion and communication skills
- Experience in education is desirable but not essential
