This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to broaden their commercial finance experience, develop their FP&A skills and build towards their next career move within a supportive and well-structured finance team.
The Role Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll work closely with teams across the business, helping them understand performance, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions. This is much more than a reporting role. You'll gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting and business planning, while developing your ability to turn financial information into meaningful commercial insight.
What You'll Be Doing Partnering with commercial teams and budget holders to review performance and challenge costs. Producing financial reports, dashboards and presentations that bring the numbers to life. Analysing sales trends and performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities. Highlighting opportunities to improve spend and maximise return on investment. Providing meaningful financial insight to support business decisions.
What We're Looking For Experience in a Financial Analyst or similar finance role. Actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA. Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail. Confident Excel and IT skills. A commercially minded approach with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
