HB Partners is working exclusively with a Multi Academy Trust that has sites in North Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to work across two sites in Hampshire. Only candidates with school-based HR experience will be considered for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing trust, closely working with the central team and school leadership.
Key details for this role include:
- Lead and coordinate HR operations across two sites
- Ensuring compliant and high-quality HR practices
- Day-to-day leadership of two school-based HR Officers
- Recruitment, onboarding, ER and compliance
- Strategic project work with the HR Director
To be considered for this role, candidates will:
- Be CIPD Qualified to Level 5
- Have experience of working in HR in a school setting
- Be willing to work on site during the school term (WFH during school holidays)
- Have the confidence to oversee HR across two sites
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and oral
