We're recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join a growing finance team supporting operations across the UK, Europe, and the US. The Role

Reporting into the Finance leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close processes, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple international locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, General Ledger, inventory and fixed assets
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
  • Preparing journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Assisting with statutory reporting and compliance requirements
  • Supporting VAT returns, audits and internal controls
  • Working closely with FP&A teams on reporting, margin analysis and forecasting
  • Assisting with cashflow forecasting and treasury activities
  • Supporting payroll processes and liaising with external providers
  • Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems

About You

  • Newly / recently qualified or late stage studier part-qualified
  • Previous experience in similar financial accounting role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders
  • A proactive, hands on approach and a desire to improve processes
