We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-site not-for-profit organisation who are seeking a people-focused Finance Manager to drive operational finance excellence in their core finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a large finance team across AP, AR, and operational accounting
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial insights
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management
- Oversee cashflow, reconciliations, and complex accounting activities
- Support audits and prepare statutory returns
- Act as a key user for finance systems and support process improvements
About You:
- Proven finance experience in a complex environment
- Strong team management and development skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical and analytical ability
- Ideally fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
