We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-site not-for-profit organisation who are seeking a people-focused Finance Manager to drive operational finance excellence in their core finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a large finance team across AP, AR, and operational accounting
  • Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial insights
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management
  • Oversee cashflow, reconciliations, and complex accounting activities
  • Support audits and prepare statutory returns
  • Act as a key user for finance systems and support process improvements

About You:

  • Proven finance experience in a complex environment
  • Strong team management and development skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent technical and analytical ability
  • Ideally fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
