My client is seeking an organised and personable HR & Payroll Officer to join their team. In this position, the successful candidate will provide a professional, efficient HR and payroll service across the organisation — covering recruitment and onboarding, payroll and pensions administration, employee records, and first-line HR advice to managers and staff, working closely with leaders, the Finance team, and external payroll and pension providers. Please note this is an onsite role and does not offer sponsorship.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an HR, payroll or people administration role
- Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office); HR/payroll systems experience an advantage
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable) - or willing to work towards
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and confidentiality
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally has school experience
