As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games! You will be selling our game experiences, encouraging repeat play, and creating a fun, high-energy environment that boosts guest spend and overall enjoyment.
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with the confidence to upsell
- Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
- Able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
