HB Leisure is the global leader in skilled games and amusements, operating in 29 countries and over 150 theme parks and attractions, in partnership with key industry players. We have an exciting opportunity for an Arcade Manager to join our vibrant team.

As an arcade manager you would be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
  • Reviewing arcade and machine performances
  • Ensuring cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
  • Maintaining high standards throughout the site
  • Implementing and following all Health & Safety procedures providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
  • Ensuring a good working environment for your team
  • Motivating, training and developing your team
  • Responding to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner

Person Specification:

  • Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
  • Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
  • Demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
  • Be available full time, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
  • Stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
  • Experience in amusement games at supervisor level
  • Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
  • Be self-directed and highly motivated
  • Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
  • Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
