As an Arcade Supervisor, you will work closely with our management team ensuring that as a team we are delivering great customer service and that guests have as much fun as possible whilst playing our arcade games! If you hold the required experience below and are an outgoing and well-motivated individual, then we would like to hear from you!

Person Specification:
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
- Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
- Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
- Have reliable transportation – due to the location of the site
