HB Leisure is the leading attraction partner for skill games and amusements around the world operating in over 100 theme parks across 25 countries. We are looking for a Site Manager seeking their next exciting challenge to join our HB Leisure management team and be part of the fun and help deliver excellent customer service for our visitors at our theme park.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the efficient day to day running of all site operations
  • Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
  • Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the site
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
  • Ensure a good working environment for your team
  • Motivating, training and developing your team

Person Specification:

  • Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
  • Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
  • Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
  • Be available full time, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
  • Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
  • Experience in amusement games at supervisor level
  • Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
  • You will be self-directed and highly motivated
  • Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
  • Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
