Indoor Play Coordinator

Join the adventure! HB Leisure is looking for an Indoor Play Coordinator at the Palace Fun Centre in Rhyl. This is your chance to work with the world leader in family entertainment. Be part of the vibrant team at Geronimo\’s Indoor Play Zone, located at the Palace Fun Centre.

Responsibilities

• Ensure you provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Take customer food and beverage orders and process them efficiently.
• Answer the phone and take bookings for parties.
• Assist in presenting and hosting children’s birthday parties.
• Maintain the standards of safety for children in the play area.
• Help maintain and identify improvements in the hygiene and safety of the catering operation.
• Follow set procedures for duties relating to cleaning, food handling and operations.
• Maintain and improve housekeeping duties.
• Ensure stock rotation.

Requirements

• Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with a strong work ethic.
• Available on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards.
• Able to complete a DBS Check.
