Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
- Review all game performances
- High standards are maintained throughout the site by conducting site walkarounds.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
- Monitor stock levels and trends to meet customer demand and sales opportunities.
- Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
- Ensure a good working environment for your team
- Motivating, training and developing your team.
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner

Who We\βre Looking For:
- Experience of managing teams of 20+ staff
- 2-3 years\β experience minimum in a managerial position
- Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
- Be honest, reliable, responsible individual with a strong work ethic
- Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
- Experience in retail, sales or amusement games at managerial level.
