What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts for multiple subsidiaries
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and commentary to operational teams
- Own the budgeting and reforecasting processes across key regions
- Oversee statutory account preparation in liaison with external accountants
- Coordinate Group and international audit requests (including PWC)
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations in each territory
- Drive improvements in financial systems and processes
- Support senior finance leadership with board reporting and strategic analysis
- Evaluate new business opportunities through commercial appraisal
- Help manage cashflow reporting and authorise overseas payments
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with at least 3 years\’ experience in management accounting
- Strong team leadership experience and good organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills (especially Microsoft Office), with knowledge of Management Information Systems
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience working in multinational finance environments (Sage X3 knowledge desirable)
- Confident communicator with analytical thinking and high attention to detail
