As an Arcade Supervisor, you will work closely with our management team ensuring that as a team we are delivering great customer service and that guests have as much fun as possible whilst playing our arcade games!

Person Specification:
- Previous Customer Service experience required
- Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
- Able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
- Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
- Have reliable transportation – due to the location of the site
