As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade.

Person Specification:

• Great customer service, communication skills, and a positive, outgoing personality
• Honest, reliable, and responsible individual with a strong work ethic
• Good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Reliable transportation due to the location of the site
