As an arcade manager you would be responsible for:
- Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
- Review arcade and machine performances
- Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
- High standards are maintained throughout the site
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and followed providing a safe environment for all staff and customers
- Ensure a good working environment for your team
- Motivating, training and developing your team
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner
Person Specification:
- Have great guest service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Be willing to learn the art of sales and motivated to reach daily sales targets
- Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
- Be able to demonstrate a high-level of attention to detail
- Be available full time, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Be able to lift 20lbs and be able to stand for up to 8 hours (or more if given/qualified for over-time hours)
- Be able to stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
- Experience in amusement games at supervisor level
- Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
- You will be self-directed and highly motivated
- Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
- Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
