Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the day-to-day running of all site operations
- Review arcade and machine performances
- Ensure cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
- Maintain high standards throughout the site
- Implement and follow all Health & Safety procedures to provide a safe environment for all staff and customers
- Ensure a good working environment for your team
- Motivating, training, and developing your team
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner
Person Specification:
- Great guest service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn the art of sales and motivation to reach daily sales targets
- Honest, reliable, and responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Available full-time, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift 20lbs and stand for up to 8 hours (or more if qualified for overtime)
- Stay productive during slower business hours and when working alone
- Reliable transportation
- Able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
- Experience in amusement games at the supervisor level
- Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
- Self-directed and highly motivated
- Sales experience of 1 year (Desirable)
- Customer service experience of 1 year (Desirable)
