Arcade Manager

As an arcade manager you would be responsible for:

• Ensuring the day to day running of all site operations
• Reviewing arcade and machine performances
• Ensuring cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
• Maintaining high standards throughout the site
• Implementing and following all Health & Safety procedures to provide a safe environment for all staff and customers
• Creating a good working environment for your team
• Motivating, training, and developing your team
• Responding to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner

Person Specification:

• Great guest service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn the art of sales and motivation to reach daily sales targets
• Honest, reliable, and responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
• Availability for full time work, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for up to 8 hours (or more if qualified for overtime hours)
• Productivity during slower business hours and when working alone
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
• Experience in amusement games at a supervisor level
• Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
• Self-directed and highly motivated
• Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
• Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
