As an Arcade Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Ensuring the day-to-day running of all site operations
- Reviewing arcade and machine performances
- Ensuring cash collections are carried out accurately and securely
- Maintaining high standards throughout the site
- Implementing and following all Health & Safety procedures to provide a safe environment for all staff and customers
- Creating a good working environment for your team
- Motivating, training, and developing your team
- Responding to customer requests in a prompt and appropriate manner
Person Specification:
- Great guest service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality
- Willingness to learn the art of sales and motivation to reach daily sales targets
- Honest, reliable, and responsible with a strong work ethic
- High level of attention to detail
- Availability for full time work, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 20lbs and stand for up to 8 hours (or more if qualified for overtime hours)
- Productivity during slower business hours and when working alone
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards
- Experience in amusement games at a supervisor level
- Team management or supervisor skills and FEC experience
- Self-directed and highly motivated
- Sales Experience of 1 year (Desirable)
- Customer Service of 1 year (Desirable)
