HB Leisure Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and people‑centric individuals to work as Customer Service Assistants (Games Host) at Alton Towers Resort. As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our thrilling skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a skills kiosk in a high‑energy theme park environment.
- Engage with guests of all ages to create a fun and memorable experience.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event.
- Handle transactions and prize distribution with confidence and enthusiasm.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Great customer service and communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality.
- Honest, reliable, responsible individual with strong work ethic.
- Passion for hospitality and creating joyful moments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, outdoor setting all year round.
- Availability on weekdays and weekends, including bank holidays.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards.
