About the Role
This is a key leadership position within our global Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting and compliance across assigned international regions, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and statutory filings. Leading a team of four, you'll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while acting as a trusted business partner to operational teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, supporting their professional growth.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis.
- Produce management packs and lead discussions with operations teams.
- Own the budget and forecasting process for assigned regions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as key liaison for group audits and statutory accounts.
- Support commercial decision-making through appraisals and contract reviews.
- Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and finance systems.
What We're Looking For
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in management accounting or financial reporting.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a team.
- Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Experience in multinational environments and multi-currency reporting is desirable.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
