What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the production of monthly management accounts for key Group entities
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance commentary
- Prepare statutory accounts and coordinate with local advisors across jurisdictions
- Manage overseas tax filings with support from external experts
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and commercial appraisals
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for your areas of responsibility
- Support audits, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) in the latter stages with previous management accounting experience
- Experience in financial or management accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain financials to non-financial teams
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Bonus: Experience in a multinational environment or working with multiple currencies
